CS Plasticiser – High Performance Water Reducing Admixture
CS Plasticiser is a high-performance water-reducing and flow-enhancing admixture designed for GFRC and high-performance concrete mixes.
It dramatically improves the workability and flow of the mix without requiring additional water, making GFRC easier to mix, pour and consolidate while maintaining a low water-to-cement ratio. The result is a denser, stronger concrete with improved surface finish and fewer voids and pinholes.
For our standard GFRC mixes, we typically use approximately 40 ml of CS Plasticiser per 20 kg of cement.
Recommended starting dosage: 40 ml CS Plasticiser per 20 kg cement
The dosage can be adjusted depending on the required flow, mix design and other additives being used. Add gradually—small changes in plasticiser dosage can make a significant difference to the consistency of a GFRC mix.
Ideal for GFRC basins, benchtops, furniture, architectural elements and other thin-section concrete products where excellent flow, high strength and a clean surface finish are required.
